The Hermitage club is a private club circa 1912 which is
situated on the shores of Lake Memphremagog in the Eastern
Townships. It is a little more than an hour from the center
of Montreal. The Hermitage Club offers a leisurely
atmosphere with sophisticated facilities. A manicured golf
club, tennis courts, magnificent Club House with dining
room, bar and event rooms are available. Lake access,
summer day camp for children.
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS.
The BUYER must be a member or become a member of The
Hermitage Club (See listing broker for details).
STANDARD DECLARATIONS.
The SELLER declares that to the best of his knowledge the
immovable conforms to the laws and regulations relating to
environmental protection.
